Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Footfill and go to Profile.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Type the word it asks for, then confirm.

Your account is deleted at once.

Without the app

Write to hello@footfill.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject Delete my account. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, write from any address and include the address shown on your Profile. We delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and write back when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account: your name, your email address and how you signed in.
• Everything in it: your cities, the streets you walked, your saved walks and your settings.
• The same on the phone you delete it from at once, and on your other phones the next time they connect.

Nothing is kept afterwards. Copies in our account service's backups, if any, disappear within 7 days. If you never made an account, nothing of yours is held by us: deleting the app removes it all from your phone.
